Lighting Operation

A showcase of some of my theatre lighting operation work, covering programming and live show operation. I have worked with companies including Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Neath, Just Good Friends Theatre Company, Theatr Glo/The College Merthyr Tydfil and Kilimanjaro Live, ensuring reliable and professional lighting for every performance.

PQA Neath - High School Musical

    Delivered full lighting operation and design for the production, programming and running the show on an ETC Congo Jr lighting console. I created tailored lighting states to enhance mood, atmosphere, and storytelling on stage. In addition, I supported the sound team by mixing 10 wireless headset microphones on Sennheiser ew G4 packs via an Allen & Heath ML4000 desk

Just Good Friends - Agatha Crusty

  • Slide title

    Provided full lighting operation for the production, programming and running states on a Fat Frog console while working closely with the client to select colours and effects that enhanced their creative vision. Alongside this, I supported the technical setup by running QLab with all required files and operating an Allen & Heath QU-24 for playback and sound reinforcement.

Theatr Glo - Olwen Wept

  • Slide title

    Delivered full lighting operation for the production using an ETC ION console, programming and running customised lighting states in collaboration with the client to achieve the desired colours and effects. I also supported the wider technical setup by operating QLab, programming the workspace with required audio files and cue lists, and running sound on a Soundcraft Vi1 to ensure smooth playback during the show.
